Our Email, Chat, & Phone Counselling Fees
A single payment of between £30 and £40 (Currency Converter) buys you up to
-
two email counselling
letters or
- two 30 minute secure chat sessions or
-
two 30 minute phone sessions, or
-
one counselling letter, and one 30 minute phone call or chat session.
If you want to continue, you can pay another £30 - £40
to receive up
to another two counselling letters/calls/chats, and so on.

Telephone Counselling Options
Please note:
- The client(s) must bear the costs of their own phone call(s) to our numbers. You simply pay your usual carrier charges. If you require a conference call, you do NOT get charged any extra on your phone bill for conference facilities. We set these up, bear any extra costs, and send you the number to dial.
- The prices given below are for 60 minutes or 2 X 30 minute sessions.
- All fees must be paid before the start of the call.

Payments for the email, phone, and chat counselling
can be made using our
secure,
encrypted, online credit and debit card transaction facilities. (We will send instuctions once the counselling arrangements have been made.) Alternatively we would be happy to process your payment if you preferred either to phone/fax your card details to us, send a sterling cheque, or arrange a bank transfer.
