Please note
Our email and telephone counselling service is not suitable for people with a history of mental illness. You need continuing face-to-face relationships with a professional. And if you are experiencing, or have in the past experienced serious thoughts about taking your own life, eDotCounsellor cannot offer an appropriate service. Please contact your GP or telephone the Samaritans (08457 90 90 90). Also we are only able to offer counselling to people over the age of 18 years who are not currently receiving counselling from another professional.

If we agree to counsel you, we will send you details about how to make payment.  		I want use my VISA/MasterCard to pay online.

I want to know your bank details so that I can transfer money into your business bank account from my sterling account. 

Apart from selecting your payment option, you don't need to do anything else about payment now. We will send you details of what to do once we have processed your email counselling application.

Confidentiality Policy
We are happy to promise that we will keep confidential anything that clients reveal to us. However, we are unable to promise absolute secrecy. There are some rare occasions when we may wish to talk to other trusted adults about what is revealed during counselling correspondence. We may talk to our counselling Supervisor in order to discuss the best way forward in any situation, for example. We may need to talk to the Police if you reveal a crime. There are occasions when we may need to talk to your doctor if we felt that your life was at risk. 		"I have read and understood eDotCounsellor 's Confidentiality policy, and I accept it. I understand that I am responsible for my response to any counselling I may receive, and that this counselling given does not create any legal liability on behalf of eDotCounsellor , or on behalf of James Rye and Nina Rye."

We sign all our counselling emails with a PGP signature to verify that they have come from us and have not been altered with enroute. We are very happy for you to use PGP to encrypt your counselling emails if you wish to do so. If you are interested in knowing more, ask for details.
